The Challenge

The need for a new monitoring tool arose — one capable of providing a centralized view of both IT and sales processes, while correlating IT anomalies with sales performance and their impact on the omnichannel customer journey.

In just a few weeks, we engaged with stakeholders, business experts, and potential end-users to uncover their pain points and aspirations.

​

This allowed us to quickly design user flows and mockups, aligning everyone around a shared vision. From there, the first product concept came to life.
